Q: How many costumes do you carry in stock?

Many hundreds – and we continually add new lines to our range so keep checking our site for the latest products.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

At costumesplus.com.au we know that you need to be confident that the costumes you purchase will be the correct size and fit. We have therefore provided a special size chart for your reference. Please click ‘Costume Size Chart’ and see how easy it is to select the size that is right for you.

Q: How long does it take to deliver my order?

We send all of our orders via Express Post. This means that if you place your order before noon on any business day, you will receive it the following business day, provided the recipient post code is covered by Australia Post’s next day service.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

We have one set pack and post charge of $16.00 per delivery – no matter what size the order or how many items you select.

Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

This is not possible as our warehouse operations do not facilitate personal pick ups at this time. We do intend to offer this option in the near future.

Q: Can I return costumes if they are unsuitable?

As an online business we are not able to accept returned product unless it is faulty when you receive it. At costumesplus.com.au, this hardly ever happens but as we all know, not everything is perfect in this world. In the unlikely event your costume did arrive in less than perfect condition, we would replace it at our cost – including all postage charges related to the exchange.

Q: Can I talk to someone on the telephone?

Our business model and operating costs rely on all communications taking place online.
